The importance that diversity and inclusion plays in shaping the future of legal services has long been recognised and the Legal Services Consumer Panel has this year supplemented their on-going legal consumer experience tracker - which looks at how consumers are choosing, as well as using legal services - with a piece of qualitative research to understand in more depth the drivers behind the differing experiences of white British consumers and those who identify as being from ethnic minority groups, which has been an on-going trend for sveral years.

The Regulator of Social Housing has now announced the final framework for tenant satisfaction measures (TSM). This follows a large-scale consultation, which M·E·L Research took part in as part of our on-going and long term involvement in housing market research. Last week, we were externally audited across all 3 standards, and we are delighted to have passed all three with flying colours! So much so, that there were no non-conformance areas identified, and not even any areas for improvement noted! In total, across the 3 standards, 91 positive observations were made. We are really proud of our team who made this all possible, particularly Toni Hogg and David Chong-Ping.
