Have we contacted you?

As a social research company, M·E·L Research undertake a wide range of surveys for different clients up and down the country. We may have called you by telephone or knocked on your door to ask whether you would take part in a survey. Please rest assured that we are a bona fide Research company and that we adhere to our the Market Research Society’s (our professional body) code of conduct.

We have either obtained your details from our client and are undertaking the survey on their behalf, or we have purchased information from a reputable company such as telephone numbers or email addresses to enable us to speak to the right people for the piece of research. As the purpose of our work is market research, this is exempt from the Telephone Preference Service and there is no restriction on being called for this purpose.
