Kick It Out: Tackling Sexism and Misogyny in Football
In partnership with Kick It Out, we explored the lived experiences of female and non-binary football fans. A national survey of 1,500 fans revealed key issues, including feelings of unsafety at matches, experiences of sexism, and a lack of reporting of discriminatory incidents. This was supported by an online community to surface real examples of experiences on matchday. These findings informed Kick it Out campaigns aimed at improving matchday experiences and fostering inclusivity. Read the case study here.
Evaluating Stadium Rule Changes for the Women’s Professional League Limited
Evaluating the impact of pilot changes to stadium rules, considering their effects on player safety, fan engagement, and inclusivity. By engaging stakeholders and collecting data, we provided actionable recommendations to enhance the matchday environment for all.
