We work with local government bodies and technical engineering specialists by supporting them in delivering climate change and local environment market research with local communities and businesses. We gather data which provides insight into attitudes, perceptions and behaviours ranging from Clean Air Zone consultations, Low Emission Strategies, Climate Emergency planning, renewable technologies, flood resilience to Public Realm consultations. We utilise a range of quantitative methods, such as on-street surveying, doorstep surveys and online engagement methods.
Our work is often linked to the levels of affluence such as the work delivered South Derbyshire which identified increasing levels of deprivation on a number of key indicators, with environmental issues highlighted as being of significant concern. We have also delivered climate change and local environment market research consistently with a number of organisations such as Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. We have delivered their Street Scene and in-park consultation for a number of years, here is what they said:
