About M·E·L Research

M·E·L Research is a social research agency, with a strong social ethos. Our vision is to make a positive difference to organisations, employees, customers, and wider society.

We commit to giving 5% of our net profit as a minimum each year to charity, provide paid volunteering days, pay the living wage, and actively deliver social value within – as well as a result of – our projects. Approximately 15% of our projects have a defined social value commitment within them and last year, we raised an additional £7,000+ through ad-hoc charity and fundraising events. We are also on track to be carbon neutral by 2030, and have taken the MRS Climate pledge.
