We are proud to have supported The Jordan Legacy via our Research with a Purpose omnibus and this research will feature in their next in a series of online discussion events, taking place on Thursday 11th August from 11:00am-12:30pm (GMT).

Many individuals and organisations are uncomfortable about having conversations around these topics, and thus the research was undertaken utilising an online panel approach, to ensure anonymity and produce honest and candid answers.
The Jordan Legacy believe that discussing suicide and suicide prevention openly is at the heart of the solution to reducing the number of suicides – and when provided with the proposition “As a society, we should discuss suicide and suicide prevention much more openly”, four in five agreed (79%, with 41% strongly agreeing, and only 5% disagreeing).
Our study was undertaken with a nationally representative sample of 1,500 adults across the UK.
The webinar will be delivered by The Jordan Legacy and will cover the findings of our research, we well as a range of other topics:
Finally, The Jordan Legacy will also provide an update on their central role in the #BatonOfHopeUK initiative which is designed to open up the conversation about suicide and suicide prevention (nationally, regionally, and locally) on a scale the UK has not seen before.
