STAR Surveys with the human touch

Listening to the voices of residents has never been more important for landlords and housing providers, if tragedies such as Grenfell are to be learned from.

We conduct STAR surveys to gather data that can be turned into useful insight and made part of the wider analysis of tenants, leaseholders and other residents’ views.
