Confirmit welcomed as partner for survey platform solutions

Our vision is to make a positive difference to organisations, employees, customers and the wider society, and this, as well as an ambition to grow despite Covid-19, resulted in a decision for M·E·L Research to bring onboard new online survey platforms and solutions.


Following a detailed review of solutions available for data collection and analysis, M·E·L Research has chosen Confirmit as our preferred supplier based on its innovative solutions, its market leading data security protections and the outstanding user experience it provides to both respondents and data analysts.

Confirmit provides an integrated solution for telephone interviews, email/web/online surveys, face to face interviews and SMS and SMS to web invite, and is the perfect solution for mixed method data collection, choosing to engage with respondents in the best way that suits them. It also has a design feature for slick, contemporary surveys that provide an interesting experience for the respondent and is fully compatible with all major browsers and mobile devices.

Thanks to the implementation of Confirmit and an online dialler, our call centre staff are no longer restricted to working in an office-based environment, which means we have been able to rapidly grow our capacity to deliver telephone based research.

In addition, the technology allows us to offer innovation at the analysis and reporting stage, thus putting insight at the hands of those best placed to take action. Reporting will offer bespoke data visualisation, presented in real time via desktop and mobile, with complex filters built in for tailored viewing of the data that is most relevant to each audience.
