Given sustained growth we are looking to strengthen our operation management team, by appointing the post of Field Operations Manager. The ideal candidate should feel a strong sense of belonging, connection and alignment to our purpose, vision and values and want to make a difference. The starting salary will be dependent on experience, but we expect the selected candidate to be appointed on a salary range between £33,000 to £43,000 per annum.
