We are currently recruiting for curious, polite, friendly and self-motivated Market Research Interviewers to complete face to face interviews across many high-profile organisations. We are looking for people who would describe themselves as professional, with good communication skills and like working to targets.
As a Market Research Interviewer, you’ll be interviewing a variety of people about their interests, opinions and concerns. You’ll conduct interviews on behalf of different clients including housing, councils, police and charitable organisations etc. on a broad range of topics. The majority of the face to face fieldwork involves door-knocking residents to find out their views on the services they may receive, during the day and/or early evenings and weekends There is no selling involved and given the nature of the job, we do rely on the goodwill of the public.
No previous experience is needed to be considered for this role. We offer full training however you will need to be confident, outgoing and not be fazed by the idea of knocking on a door, introducing yourself and quickly building rapport. You will be shown how to conduct successful Social / Market Research Interviews. We will also provide you with a good understanding of the Market Research Society's Code of Conduct to ensure we always conduct high quality research. We appreciate that not everyone will have worked in field face-to-face position before, in which case there will be plenty of support and guidance through trained supervisors for when your first interview is conducted.
